Only what you type into the form on Start your project: your name, email address, phone number, the project details you write, and any files you attach — drawings, photos, scopes, or a link you paste instead.
Separately, every page records an anonymous visit: the page address, the site that referred you, your browser’s user-agent string, and your IP address. We use this to see which pages get read. It is not tied to your name, and there are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
Into a private Supabase database and file store that only Solidus Construction LLC can read. Nothing is sold, rented, shared with a lead broker, or passed to anyone outside the company. If pricing your job means sending a drawing to a subcontractor or supplier for a quote, we send that drawing and nothing else — never your contact details.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after two years. If we do work together, the project record is kept for seven years, which is what South Carolina contracting and tax records require.
